What a fun and busy week in Mrs. Snyder's class. Learning games make the day more fun and helps students to retain more information. They ended the week by delivering their cookies that they made from scratch in the school kitchen to a few area businesses and people they wanted to thank. They included handwritten cards to their holiday treat boxes. Developing the whole child!

Feast of St. Nicholas was a busy, busy day! Mass, 7th Grade Cultures Presentations (food included), 5-6th Social Studies Olympics, treat bags with golden chocolate coins in our shoes, and kindergarten learned to make salt dough ornaments. Our teachers are fantastic. God is good all the time. Wow!

Mrs. Snyder's Social Studies classes walked down to the Logan County Museum on a crisp Fall day. They were able to see everyday items used during the Civil War time period. We wonder what was typed on that typewriter, and the students were able to try on some clothing too.

Why should pre-schoolers have all the fun!? Mrs. Snyder's 7-8th grade literacy completed their novel study by turning a turkey into a character from the novel.
