🎄📣 Santa Shop Update! 🎄📣 We originally planned to keep our Santa Shop open through Friday, but due to scheduling conflicts, Thursday will now be our final day — and the shop will only be open in the morning. If your child still needs to shop for family and friends, please make sure they visit Thursday morning before it closes. 🎁✨ We truly appreciate your understanding and flexibility. It has been such a joy watching students thoughtfully pick out gifts for those they love! ❤️🎅

Yesterday, our 1st and 2nd graders had the best day at the Pine Grove Christmas Tree Farm! 🎄✨

From playing with the animals at the petting zoo, to exploring the farm and enjoying the beautiful outdoors, their excitement was contagious. They had a picnic, enjoyed hot chocolate, made sweet memories, and definitely kicked off the Christmas season in the cutest way.

Thank you to our chaperones and the tree farm staff for making this such a fun and educational trip for our students!

Friday was a fun and joy-filled day at Saint Joseph School! ✨ We began our morning at Mass, spent time working hard in the classroom, and even took a trip to the square to decorate our Christmas tree—our ornaments this year are absolutely adorable! 🎄✨ To top off an already wonderful day, we celebrated our pie sale… and the highlight? Our top sellers earned the chance to throw a pie in Principal Shirley Kiefer’s face! 🥧😂 What a memorable way to end the day! We are grateful for our students, families, and all the joy this season brings. 💜✨

🛠️ Building Birdhouses in Math Class with Ms Elder and Deacon Tom. Our students had an exciting hands-on lesson this past week as they built their very own birdhouses during math class! Measuring, planning, and problem-solving came to life in such a fun and creative way. A special thank you to Deacon Tom for all of his hard work, guidance, and extra help throughout the project. We are so grateful for the time and care he pours into our students. Great job, everyone! 🐦✨

🎶 A special moment at Saint Joseph Catholic School! 🎶 Fifth grader Ella Raper played the organ for Mass for the very first time today! We hope this is the first of many times she shares her musical gifts in our liturgies. Having students actively engaged in the ministries of the Mass is such an important part of our faith community, and we are so thankful for their participation. 🙏💜

🌊 3rd Grade Book Club Sets Sail! 🚢 Our 3rd Grade Book Club met for the first time last week, and we’re diving into “I Survived the Sinking of the Titanic, 1912” from the I Survived series! Last week, we decorated travel trunks and talked about what we’d pack for a long journey — then received our official Titanic boarding passes! 🧳🎫 This week’s meeting was all about testing our engineering skills! Students built boats out of aluminum foil, foam, and tape, then used beads to see whose design could hold the most weight before sinking. ⚓💧 It’s been so much fun learning, creating, and imagining what life might have been like aboard the Titanic. Stay tuned for next week’s adventure! 🌟

🎃 Halloween on the Square 🍭 We had such a fun night at Halloween on the Square! Miss Kiefer joined in the festivities dressed as Nana Nut from Candyland, and our booth was a sweet success! A special thank-you to our wonderful PTO✝️ members for their help setting up and breaking down the booth — your time and support are always appreciated. (And our apologies for the late post!)
