📚🐝 Scripps Spelling Bee Success! 📚 What an incredible Spelling Bee today! Our students showed amazing focus, courage, and perseverance — we went 24 rounds and worked through 130 words! 🏆 1st Place: Joseph Mung 🥈 2nd Place: Madison Stanley 🥉 3rd Place: Jagger Hatcher To make the day even more fun, it also happened to be Pajama Day for Red Ribbon Week — so yes, our brilliant spellers competed in their coziest attire! 😄💜 We are so proud of all our participants for their hard work and school spirit. 📚✨ Library Spotlight! ✨📚 Wednesday our 7th & 8th grade girls shared something truly special with our younger students! 💛 They visited the library to read the picture books they wrote and illustrated themselves to our 1st and 2nd graders. 6th grade + ancient Egypt = a mummy-making masterpiece! Students learned about mummification and got creative with their own mini-mummies. Learning + fun = win. 🧻✨

📚✨ Yesterday our 1st grade book club had an exciting day! As we continued reading Nate the Great, the kids became little detectives 🕵️‍♀️🕵️‍♂️ and learned how to write their very own secret messages 🔍✉️. It was a fun way to spark creativity, build problem-solving skills, and grow a love for reading! 💡❤️
